Six classes specifically designed with the beginner in mind.
Have you been thinking of trying yoga? This is your chance! Whether you’re brand new to the practice of yoga or just looking to go back to the basics with your practice, we’ll gently guide you through the many aspects of yoga practice.
We’ll include basic postures, tips for successful practice, yoga etiquette, the history of yoga, introduction to the many class styles, and so much more. By the time you’ve finished the beginner series, you’ll be ready to tackle the full class schedule!
The series costs $45 for all six classes. If you miss a class in the series, don’t fret – we’ll get you up to speed! Space is limited, so please preregister. After you’ve registered, make sure you’re booked in the first class to keep your spot! This series has sold out in the past, so please preregister to guarantee your space.
