A note from the teacher:
Hi! I’m super excited to have you in class! I’ve been hesitant to add a class just for seniors to the schedule, because everyone is different, and some of my senior students are so much tougher than my teens and 20-something students. Regardless of your age, yoga can be great fun and a big challenge. It really is one of those “it’s as hard as you make it” things.
After chatting with several of my senior students, I’ve come to realize that even though seniors are often the strongest and most determined students, you have your own set of priorities, ideas, and needs. So for that reason, I’ve created this class just for you.
My intention is to work to make you stronger, steadier, more flexible, and heart healthier. I’ll also work with you on the mental aspects of yoga, and together we’ll improve memory, focus, and energy level.
I welcome you to this new class. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email me (easiest way to catch me) at firstname.lastname@example.org or call me at 918-840-1814.
See you soon!
