They say steel sharpens steel. Your body has the capacity to make itself stronger, leaner, meaner, and more toned. In the process, you’ll benefit from the de-stressing effects of a regular yoga practice.

For $40 per month, join two of our challenging, high-energy classes to get all the benefits of yoga, and a strength training workout, too.

Don’t worry if you’re not already a seasoned yoga student; these classes are designed to help you move at your own pace. Also, think of it this way — yoga is more like jumping rope than chess. You just hop in. You try it a little, take a break, try a little more. Before you know it, you’ll be moving right along!
