Whether you’re already a powerhouse of muscle-bound brawn or if you get tired by carrying around your own arms, you’ll find something to love about this class. Yoga for Strength uses Yoga poses and alignment to help make you strong like Popeye or Optimus Prime or whatever hero the kids these days are into.
