If you need a bit more guidance, may we suggest a few tricks:

  • Just jump in and take a class. Check out the schedule here. Take your first two weeks of unlimited classes for $20, and have fun! We love this approach to yoga — and to life!
  • Take a Beginner Series. Check out the blog (and our social media) to find out when the next series is set to begin. This series is in no way required for beginning students. But if you’re more comfortable in a beginner class, come and join us!
  • Do your research. Check out our FAQ for some common questions and some fun posts about what to expect, what to do, and even why you should DEFINITELY wear those yoga pants! There’s also a quiz to match you up with your perfect first class.
